These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at canada-shirt.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from our online store. By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Site. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  1. Products: All products are described as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  2. Pricing: Prices are shown in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  3. Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time: 3–9 business days (made-to-order)

  • Domestic shipping: Flat C$9; free on orders over C$75

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Because each shirt is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@canada-shirt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialize any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any unlawful manner

  • Interfere with Site security or data integrity

  • Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or infringing content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising under these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
