Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping Method & Rates
We ship across Canada via Canada Post Expedited service, using our shipping partner Stallion Express for discounted rates and streamlined fulfillment:

  • Flat rate of C$16 per order (regardless of weight).

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over C$75.

Estimated Transit Times
Once your order is picked up by Canada Post, you can expect:

  • Major centres (e.g. Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal): 2–5 business days

  • Secondary/rural areas: 3–9 business days
    Please note that these are estimates—occasionally, weather or peak-season volume can cause slight delays.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

  • All carrier communications (e.g. ā€œOut for delivery,ā€ ā€œDeliveredā€) will come via email from our store.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported by Canada Post Expedited.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked ā€œDeliveredā€ by Canada Post but you haven’t received it, please check with any household members or neighbors first.

  • For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date atĀ info@canada-shirt.com. We’ll work with Stallion Express and Canada Post to file a claim and make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase at info@canada-shirt.com. After processing begins, we may be unable to modify your order.
